Journal: Long story short ... Boss #1 left, one mth after I joined. Nothing. Boss #2 very friendly, open-door concept. But he didn't renew his contract. Boss #3 came onboard two weeks ago. 1st "clash" lased 2hrs. Settled amicably but left a bad taste in my mouth. I was told to be PATIENT to see how it goes.
