Turning 8

The top part had been "chopped off" by the scanner. Guess the purple is too light to be scanned.

Hidden journal opens up to ugly handwritting. LOL!!!!! Pardon the orange paper at the top left. Need to hv it there so the top part won't be "chopped off" again.

This LO is scraplifted from one of Amy Grendell's LOs from 2Peas. It was also done for the forum's Mar-06 Challenge.

Hidden journal reads: Happy Birthday, Baby. Let's Party!! Make a wish and may your wish come true. Luv, Mummy (22/1/2006)

BTW, this is an 8x8 paper-LO. *wink wink*

LOVE you becos ...

This is a 6x6 paper-LO. Altho I had a hard time coming up with the designs of the words, I had fun doing it. Will be experimenting more on paper-LOs. But 1st I need to stock up on embellies - esp ribbons & flowers.

Smile ... You're on Candid Camera

A Grandma's Love

This is the original LO. But it's too pink.Plus the b&w photos weren't that eye-catching at all.
This is the revised LO with the photos in its original colors. And it is not too pink. It's just nice! So it's the b&w photos which made the pink too pink *giggle*

Jnr's Address Book

Cover Page

Page 1

Content Page
This is a super duper simple project which I completed in 30mins. As this is meant for Jnr, I got him to write out the details and also do up a few drawings to be included in it. The overal effect after adding his touches is very endearing and personalized. Materials are courtesy of a RAK from a mummy in M4M.
The reason for doing this was Junior is "opening" up to his classmates by giving them our home number. So in return, I did this for him to record down his friends' contact details. So I hope to see new names in this book at the each school day.

Unwavering Support

I scraplifted this LO

from this LO, belonging to Ali Edwards

But I dun like how it turned out. I been playing with it for 3hrs with all sorts of pp & cs and still cudn't get the right feel abt it. What a waste of my time!! Shud've stopped doing it. Luckily it's a digi-LO. O'wise it'll be a waste of materials too.

Think I'll hv to re-do this LO. Later.

Here's Looking at You, Kid

This was a combination of 2 challenges in the forum:
* Love Thyself - scraplift one of ur previous LOs. And I chose to scraplift this LO.
* Quotes from romantic movies - from Casablanca "Here's looking at you, kid".

Oh. BTW, that was moi at 4yo (1980). *giggles*
