During the Weekend

I did these 2 LOs. But I have problem uploading to Blogger. So here I am.

Thanks for looking.
***************************************

This LO was done with Effer's Dare {Thankful} in mind. On top of this, it was scraplifted from a fellow scrapper-gf. Oh, everything used in this LO is from PI's Oct-o6 kit.
**********************************
This is also done with Effer's Dare {Love Is} in mind using PI's Nov-06 Kit (except the words at the bottom). I wanted the attention to be lured to the pictures thus the criss-cross pp and the simplicity of the LO. Guess it turns out to be too plain. LOL!!!

2 LOs

Thanks for Looking.

**********************************
Title: Comfort Food
This picture is taken by Lekker Mamma ... Ops! Wrong usage of words *chessy grin* It's Duchess of Cookalot. Journal reads: Food is the most primitive form of comfort (Shelia Graham, 1904 - 1988)

Title: Flower Power
This picture is taken by a mummy from the forum. As it is so rare to find an ORANGE rose that I had to scrap abt it. Journaling reads: Each flower is a soul opening out to nature. (Gerard De Nerval)

An Altered Album

My New Life & Love

I had made a very big mistake with the brown pp. And not wanting to waste it, I had to use it. Andthis is what I came up with. My mojo is not up so this LO is not very good. It's very plain. I mite do another one for the same title.

Nevertheless, thanks for looking.

My Little Fireman

This is a full-of-impulsive-ideas-&-mistakes LO. Bwahahahahahahahah!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for Looking.

Quirky

This LO was meant for my ABC Album which is 8x8. But I had totally forgotten abt the size-part. DUH! Thus this LO is 8x11. Luckily I can still crop it into 8x8. Haiz! What a waste of pp manz!!!

Nevertheless, thanks for looking. :)

Journal reads: I didn't know I had a quirky sense until I see this photo. And I gess I still love being quirky.

Hidden Agenda

This is my 2nd LO using the AL pp. And I'm loving it!!!!! KOOL!!!! And I'm loving the A4 size LO too. So easy to scrap on it manz!!!!! AWESOME!!!!

Thanks for Looking.

Journal reads: This photo mite not mean much to others. But it meant a lot to me. Cos it's your 1st time ordering Mac's on your own. Another milestone ... Another step towards teen-age. October 2006

Crazy Over Gameboy

I had a hard time using this AL pp cos of the design. I wanted the photo to fit in yet don't want to "block" the pp's design. I wanted to add "stuffs" onto the pp yet don't want to make it too busy. So in the end, I still managed to keep everythng to its minimum cos the pp's design is good enuf to be part of the "entourage".

Thanks for Looking.

Bookmarks

These are some of the boomarks I've made ... to bring my mojo back in gear. Thus the simplicity of it.

I mite add some stuffs to mine ... if & when the mojo comes back. LOL!!Unfortunately I can't add much to Jnr's. Cos he'll bound to be itchy-fingers and peel everything off.

My 1st SB-Toot!!!!

And it's for 2 LOs. Kool eh!!!

Toot #1 - Sometime ago, after posting this LO - Unforgettable - on 2Peas, someone peamail me for permission to use my LO on her blog. Her blog is abt showcasing multi-photo LOs as an inspiration to other scrappers.

At 1st glance, I cudn't recognize her name in the SB World. So I didn't toot abt it. Nevertheless, I agreed to it. Cos SB is a sharing art where everybody learn from each other.

And finally, it was published last Sat - click here. And it was Sri who announced it in the forum and toot for me. I was puzzled over the toot cos I cudn't recognize the name. But Sri mentioned that Tenika is well-known enuf in the SB-world to be tooting abt it. On top of that, she has her own line of SB pdts. So here I am ... tooting abt it. LOL!!!

And the best part was Tenika named that blog entry after my LO!!!! YIKES!!!!! KOOL MANZ!!!!

*faint*

Toot #2: I just realized that I've received 4 compliments for my Career on the Go! LO on 2Peas. And it's my 1st time getting that many compliments. That means I am on the right track. So will continue doing so.

Ok, now it's time for me to chill out. O'wise I will be too jittery & excited to work. BWahahahahaha!!!!!

Career Woman on the Go!

This is the 2nd version of my earlier LO of the same title ... which looked horrible. LOL!!! And this is my 1sttime using LACE on my LO. BWAHAHAHAHAH!!!!! This is for my ABC Album = C.

That's Why I Love You

This LO was meant for the forum's Sept Challenge #1 - hv a 5-lines journalling that ends with "That's why I Love You." This is also for Jnr's ABC Album = Y = YOU.

Recently I hv this craze abt hv'g flowers in my LO. So I die-die must hv flowers in this LO. On top of this, I hv lots of pp with flower which I hv difficulty in using. So mite as kill 2 birdswith one stome = hv flowers in my LO and using the pp. KEkekek!!!

Then I made a big hoo-haa when I tore off the EK Success alpha stickers for the words "I Love". Therefore leaving a big "hole" which needed covering up. So hv no choice but to use a different alpha sticker for it.

It was also meant to be a lift of this LO in the Aug/Sep 06 issue of SB Etc. But I die-die want to use the smaller pic. So I modify a bit. Ok, I modify A LOT. LOL!!!!!

Journalling: You are incorrigible yet cheeky enough to get away with it. You are unprententiouc which makes you vulnerable. You bring out the child in me which I've kept hidden way. You are argumentative which makes you seem very adult-like. But most importantly, you are you. That's why I love you.

TFL.

Surviving the "D"

This LO is meant to be for the forum's BOM Challenge - scrap abt your accomplishment. But I dun hv the mojo until today. Plus this is for The Me-Blog's Quote Challenge.

The quote on the bottom right corner: Divorcees are people who have not achieved a good marriage - they are also people who would not settle for a bad one. (Paul Bohannan)

TFL.
