Grandmother-Babysitter

This is done for TLP Dec 2012 Template Challenge.

The story behind that photo: The grandmother had promised the grandson an Xbox game cartridge if he get a certain grade for his exams. And he did fulfil that "requirement". So now it was her turn to fulfil her end of the promise. :P
